Sri Racha Tiger Zoo:
The zoo has been established for quite some time,
and as part of its objective, tries to safeguard
tigers from extinction. There is the customary use
of animals as entertainment, but the zoo is a good
place to visit and has more than just tigers.
A small train carries you around this
open air zoo and farm. Enjoy the beautiful landscape
and learn more about tigers living without any
restrictions. A crocodile show, a pig race and
elephants showing what they have learned will make
your day an unforgettable experience.
In the park, which covers about 100 acres, 200
Bengal tigers and 100,000 crocodiles, so there are
plenty of sights to be seen. The trip to the zoo
takes around 30 minutes from Pattaya, and is located
off the main Route 7 Pattaya – Bangkok highway, near
Chonburi and Sriracha. Opening times are from 8am to
6pm daily.
