dozens of beautiful golf clubs and country clubs
that boast some of the best golfing experiences in
Asia. Golf is played all year round in
Pattaya and it's surrounding provincial set golf
courses. The delightful tropical climate only spoilt
by the occasional tropical thunderstorms during the
monsoon season around August and September.All the
golf courses have charming golf caddies to carry
your golf bags and many have electric golf carts for
hire. As a necessity drinks stands are strategically
located every three or four holes which serve ice
cold beer or tropical fruit drinks.

these can be hired at the golf courses or use the
services of one of the many golf tour operators in

Bangbra
International Golf Club
Beautiful old mature course. The fast greens are a
real test of your putting skills. Monkeys visit
holes 6 and 7. New rebuilt club house.
Burapha Golf Club
Both front nines are flat terrain whilst the
beautiful second half meanders through the
mountains. One of the fix venues on the
Thai-Professional Tour. Carts compulsory
Crystal Bay Golf Club
Immaculately manicured, park
like course, richly decorated with flowering
shrubs. Fairly open and not too difficult.
Easter Star Golf Club
Set in an old coconut plantation, this popular
course features wide fairways, many lateral water
hazards and OBs to punish hook and slice. Good for
family outings.
Emerald Golf Club
Set into the mountains near Ban Chang. This sloping
course in a jungle setting has some of the most
beautifully designed holes in the region. A lovely
mature course.
Green Wood Golf Club
Many deep fairway bunkers and heavy rough make this
course very challenging.
Khao Kheow Golf Club
Numerous water hazards & pot bunkers help to create
a superbly enjoyable course. A beautiful club house
built from natural stone and glass completes the
setting.
Laem Chabang International Golf Club
Top course and a friendly challenge for all
handicaps. Night golf under flood light.
Golf Carts compulsory
Mountain Shadow Golf Club
Built on a former mango plantation. Plenty of water
and narrow fairways framed by trees.
Pattana Sortp Club
A well maintained course with island par 3s and par
6's. Very challenging greens. Stunning club house.
Pattaya Golf Club
A popular course amongst the locals. Plain layout
but very friendly staff. Nice finishing holes.
Phoenix Golf Club
The huge clubhouse with its superb facilities, wide
fairways and sea view holes guarantee a nice and
easy round of golf. A dream for the long hitter.
Pleasant Valley Golf Club
Short but challenging. Various holes are playing
alongside and around natural swamps and ponds with
plenty of reeds and rushes keeping any ball that was
not placed perfectly.
Rayong Green Valley Golf Club
A pleasure course to play for both high & low
handicap golfers. The course is built around a creek
and has sufficient bunkers and water hazards to both
entertain and bother.
Royal Lake Side Golf Club
At the mouth of the Bangpakong River. Fresh sea
breezes and good views. The centre-piece of the
resort is the stunning “White House” look alike
clubhouse.
Royal Thai Navy (Plutaluang) Golf Club
One of the older and more mature courses in the
region. Built on a huge plot of land. Fine views
featuring rolling hills around a big lake.
Siam Golf Club
An old and mature course with many big trees.
Re-opened in 2007. Host to the Honda LPGA tournament
in October 2007 and again in February 2009. Closed
on Mondays. Carts compulsory
Siam Plantation Golf Club
Challenging but fair layout. Superior course and
facilities. Open everyday. Carts compulsory. Home of
Honda LPGA 2009
St. Andrews 2000 Golf Club
Play against nature on a links style course. A tough
challenge but rewarded by the spectacular landscape.
Carts compulsory.
Treasure Hill Golf and Country Club
Comments: Nestled into a valley and surrounded by
jungle-clad hills. No cars or housing estates to
disturb nature. A course you’ll remember playing for
a long time to come. |
