 Wongamat Garden Beach Resort is not a new development so
prices are more affordable than some of the concrete monoliths
being thrown up in this area.
It does however have all the
standard amenities of a mid range price condominium such as
fitness room, swimming pool and secured access.
The sea views are also quite good from most of the units
