Pattaya Condo Chain is a farly old condominium about 400 meters from
the beach. It has the standard condo facilities like swimming pool etc. Many
of the condos are being renovated and coming on the market for re-sale or
rental. As I mention time after time do consider who owns the land at each
side and especially closer to the beach. Jomtien Beach is changing fast. The
worst thing, but most likely thing that will happen is a View Talay style
monstrosity being built in front of your window and your magnificent dream
retirement home turning out to be in the shadows of a newer condo
development.
Every
project has it's plus points and it's negative points. I hope that the
