Kieng Talay Condo is situated in
the Pratamnak Hill area, between Pattaya and Jomtien, and
next to the Sugar Beach Condo.
Kieng Talay Condo has five separate units with ocean views. They
range from 40sqm for 740,000 baht to 46sqm for 990,000 baht.
Some are renovated and some are not. The complex offers a
fitness center, swimming pool, tennis courts, a restaurant, maid
& laundry service, and private security.
Every
project has it's plus points and it's negative points. I hope that the

- I am still not a fan of this

"Beverly Hills of Pattaya" Somewhat over the top in my opinion.
