Jomtien Beach Paradise
Condo
Originally marketed as a timeshare resort. Set back a ways from
the beach. This was another of the places on my shopping list. I
viewed a beautiful, slightly tatty, three bedroom condo with a
balcony you could die for. I had a similar sized balcony in a
condo in Bangkok. You could play badminton on the balcony. Bitch
of a job to go and collect the shuttlecocks from the ninth floor
when they blew over the edge.
The real estate agent was asking
25,000 a month for this enormous condo, A bargain but too big
for my needs unless I took on a couple of Mia Noi's.
This building is in good location on Jomtien
beach. Full facilities such as 24hr. security, communal swimming
pool (& kids' pool), garden, recreational zone, 2 tennis courts,
fitness center, restaurant, mini-mart, children’s playground,
underground parking and 5 elevators
Every
project has it's plus points and it's negative points. I hope that the

save you time when you physically get around to visiting and making your

The Pros
- Large units with great views. Older
development so possibility of picking up units for renovation. This
part of the beach will become more popular in a few years.
The Cons
- At the moment way too far down
Jomtien Beach. OK if you have a motorcycle or car but the Baht
bus drivers will not love you. Do they love anybody?
