is located just off Pattaya 3rd Road. I
think the name of the condo EAST is appropriate - maybe FAR EAST
'from the beach' would be better. You will need
your own transport to get anywhere from this spot apart from the
local supermarkets which are relatively close by. The main
Pattaya beach spots are running out for development now or at
least the available plots are so expensive only High-rise
projects are financially feasible.
