the left as you go over the hill from Pattaya and drop down to
the Jomtien Beach area, Thai bali style property with a wide

restaurant and a tranquil communal space.
This is one of the "New" condo
projects that has sprung up in the last couple of years on the
eastern side of Thappraya Road. There will be more and as more
condo projects in Jomtien are built then this will certainly
become a "super highway" that connects the two resorts of
Pattaya and Jomtien.

The Pros
- High quality and high style and low
rise.
- Some good high quality (read high
price) restaurants located close by
The Cons
- Set well back from the beach.
Units on higher floors have got a limited sea view. However
expect the likes of View Talay to come and spoil that soon.
- Recently a road widening scheme
has started and stalled outside the condo. As traffic levels
increase even more on the route from Pattaya to Jomtien expect
noise and pollution levels to increase somewhat.
