 Pattaya Centre Point Condo
or also known as
Center Point Condominium is so new that the developers haven't
yet agreed on the name. American spelling "center" or real
English spelling "centre"
Centre Point is built by Ratanakorn
Asset who offer a choice of two luxury Condominium developments
located on Pattaya Third Road in the "center of the city" I
think this is a pretty accurate description as 3rd road is at
the moment set well back from the beach, perhaps nearly 1 km. As
Pattaya develops then this condo project will be certainly in
the centre of the commercial district. Bear this in mind as this
area is reasonably quiet right now and has pretty good views
across Pattaya but as new projects spring up this location will
become more and more boxed in.
Center Point condominium is linked with another development by
the same company, Pattaya Euro Condominium so offer more or less
the same facilities and share the same common amenities.
According to the
Ratanakorn
Asset website: "A modern design coupled with high class and
a stylish setting. These exclusive 7 storey developments
incorporate a shopping center and night plaza and are within
close distance of night time entertainment and all other
amenities. Pattaya CenterPoint and Pattaya Euro Condominium
offer a unique type of metropolitan city living for a select
few."
I suspect that the
phrase "select few" refers to the fact that the condo buildings
have only seven stories not that "select few" means only the
rich and famous who obviously would choose a beach location
rather that a condo set smack behind Carrefour supermarket.

project has it's plus points and it's negative points. I hope that the

- Not so far to the bus terminal if
you commute to work in Bangkok

Baht bus. OK if you have your own transport.
